I have a pit heeler, took her here because she likes to walk you instead of you walking her. Which was explained to them before starting class. We took her to her first class. We are first time pet owners we didn’t know what kind of collar to bring. We were just told about the leash. We brought her harness we use for taking her outside. The made us switch to her collar to train her. We didn’t feel comfortable with that because we know she pulls a lot. So we listened and switched it. Two dogs got to close and attacked each other ( a boxer and a Callie) . And my dog ended up getting loose. Remind you we said we don’t use her collar to take her out. She slipped her collar went over to the dogs fighting but my boyfriend was able to catch her. We found out a couple days later she was kicked out. When we told them we didn’t feel comfortable switching her leash. After she already got loose, then they tell us here is the collar she needs that they have in the building.Why didn’t they tell us then instead of using the wrong collar and her getting loose? Did those other dogs get kicked out too? They are judging my dog because she’s half pitbull. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. Not willing to help you and your dog. Just kick you out instead of helping. And their the ones that told us to switch her collar to one that wasn’t fit to use for training. After kicking her out they told us they would give a refund back. Later they ended up cashing it.
