I may be biased, but I absolutely adore TPDT. Anthony, Andrea, Paige and Jess are top tier trainers – they all take a patient approach, explain things in great detail, and truly care about the relationship between you and your dog. I have personally used the boarding for my whole crew over a holiday, and daycare numerous times and my dogs love it. I cannot recommend TPDT enough. If you are in Cleveland (or even remotely in the area) they are the best when it comes to training, pack walks, daycare, and boarding.

We are so grateful for Paige and the entire team at Turning Point. Our dog Poe can be a bit of a handful. He’s not the easiest with strangers and we initially sought training for his resource guarding, inability to settle, and general behavioral issues around the house. After his 3-week board and train with Paige, he came home a different dog in the best possible way. He’s more relaxed, easier to handle, and overall just so much more enjoyable to live and train with. Paige provided picture/video updates daily along with a summary of the training that they worked on together that day. I was initially nervous to send my dog away for that long but as soon as we met Paige I immediately knew we were making the correct decision for him and that he would be in great hands.
Paige did an amazing job with him, but what really sets her apart is how supportive she’s been even after his stay. She’s gone above and beyond to answer our questions, offer guidance, and cheer us on as we explore dog sports with Poe. I truly feel like we’ve built a lasting relationship, and choosing Turning Point was one of the best decisions (and best investments!) we’ve made for our dog. As first time dog owners we are truly so thankful to have found Paige and Turning Point.

I took my new rescue dog to turning point because my sister and her dog had a good experience there. My dog was having problems with accidents, separation anxiety, reactivity and just needed basic obedience training. We did 8 sessions with Paige and she literally saved our lives! She was so patient with us and let me text her every time something good or bad happened. We just graduated from our 8 sessions and I don’t know what we would have done without her. My dog is going places, meeting people and doing things I never thought she would be calm enough to do!!

Definitely recommend Turning Point Dog Training!! Jess did an amazing job with our 1.5 year old pit mix Toby! She took the time at the initial meeting to hear all of our concerns and made it a point to correct all of those behaviors and then some. We truly felt that Toby was being over the top cared for during his 4 week boarding session. Jess communicated with us daily with pictures and videos to keep us in the loop with all he was learning. You can tell that Jess and the rest of the staff are passionate about what they do!

We recently completed a 5 session training package with Jess for our rescue dog, Maple. Jess truly understands dogs and her approach to training really helped us to understand both the how and the why. Our Maple has become a calmer, more thoughtful dog because of our sessions with Jess. We’re excited to participate in pack walks in the future and utilize their boarding and daycare services. Everyone we met at Turning Point is so kind and it’s clear they take incredible care of the dogs in their care. We can’t recommend Jess and Turning Point highly enough!
