About Anything’s Pawsible LLC
Anything's Pawsible LLC is at 71 Albany Ave in Kingston, and the idea behind it is specific enough to be worth repeating. The owner, Sarah, had been training and grooming for years and kept meeting the same gap: "there was no continuity between the handling in both industries. The human-canine communication was extremely disconnected and unclear. The dogs were confused. The parents were frustrated." The complaints she lists are familiar to anyone who has owned a difficult dog – a dog who cannot be brushed, a dog who bites at the vet, a dog whose nails nobody can clip without sedation. The business exists to handle both halves in one place.
What is on offer
The class list is unusually varied for a small operation. Puppy Skills Training covers socialization, confidence building and "learning basic grooming skills and co-operative care." AKC Canine Good Citizen runs as pop-in single sessions with the evaluation done on site. Canine Fitness & Enrichment, Scent Games and a Senior Care & Enrichment seminar all run as single sessions. And there is a Therapy Dog course – "a 10 week course, 8 group classes and 2 private sessions designed to prepare your team for Therapy Dog evaluation," for owners who want to volunteer at nursing homes, hospitals, airports, prisons or schools, with the evaluation included. Private sessions start with an evaluation and a written plan, and the site notes they suit "any service dog handlers looking for a program or guidance with their psychiatric, mobility, and hearing alert dogs."
Day train, deliberately small
The Day Train program is capped hard and the reasons are given: "Our day train slots are limited to 3 dogs per day (we really care about personalized care). We cap all clients at two day train days per week (we don't want your dog to hit that over-worked burnout state)." Days are structured with consistent rest periods between training and enrichment.
What it costs
The virtual tier is priced openly: a single half-hour virtual session is $65; monthly subscriptions run $60, $115 and $170 depending on how many sessions, with three-month prices of $165, $340 and $505; a one-time $25 fee covers training materials. In-person work starts with a free trial class or behavioral consultation.
Grooming
The grooming side is run to reduce stress rather than to finish fast: lickimats during bathing, cotton in the ears, a head snood to muffle the dryer, the quietest dryers available, and slow clear communication. There is a waitlist.
Who it suits
Kingston owners who want classes to drop into rather than a package, anyone whose dog finds handling and grooming hard, and households who want to do therapy visiting. Best for: puppy skills, Canine Good Citizen, therapy dog preparation, cooperative care and day training.
