Awesome place for my girl Havana! She is shy and they slowly acclimate her to other dogs! I totally trust she is comfortable in their environment!! I’m thrilled with the staff and they always make an effort to accommodate!

This business changed ownership in 2021. I started bringing my dog here in Feb. 2022. Wow – was I ever lucky to come here! The employees are ALL great! They love the dogs! The play groups are always supervised, and the attendants even play with the doggies! Very professional, caring, easy to work with, and fantastic facilities. There's so much room for the dogs to play – and rest if they want. She loved celebrating her birthday with her friends.

I work very close to this business and am very alarmed by the whimpering and crying I've heard from the dogs over there. Today most especially….it was heartbreaking to listen to. Aggressive yelling by the staff as well.

Giving you a mid-star rating because I don't have firsthand experience on how you actually do treat these beautiful dogs left in your care by families who are entrusting their well-being to you each and every day.

Having not actually SEEN anything to justify my alarm, what I HEAR would and does concern me as someone who cares VERY much about dogs…and all those who are voiceless and hoping only for kindness and compassion from their human companions.

I'd like to possibly be a customer, but I need to make 1000% sure my pup would be in good care with you.

Thanks for listening, hopefully not defensively, but rather as another person whose commitment is much, much more about the service provided than the money gained.

I can not say enough positive things about this place!

The management is timely with their responses to all my questions, they tell me how much they enjoy having my dogs and make me feel like my dogs are family when they come.

Online booking is a breeze for both daycare and boarding. You select a drop off and pick up time when you schedule.

My two dogs have been going once to twice a week since January of 2023. They have been boarded there once and would board there again if needed. My dogs always come home so tired which has been great!

AOKO has an option for an extremely reasonable price to drop off the dogs before regular daycare hours even begin. This place has been a true lifesaver as I have to get to work before most places even open.

It's a short drive off 270/Sunbury Road exit so it's easy to get to and from. Haven't ran into any parking issues or congestion at pick up or drop off times.

Staff has always been friendly with me, they never seem annoyed that my dogs are wild when we pick them up.

10/10 would recommend to family, friends and anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their pup!

Sign outside on the main street says. Dog Wash. The sign has been there years. I took my dog there for a wash! Employees said sorry no dog wash here. Smh take down the sign then
