About Beckman’s Dog Training

What they offer

Beckman's Dog Training was founded by trainers who spent years training killer whales, dolphins and other exotic animals before turning to dogs, and its trainers are mentored in the same positive reinforcement system. Programs include a board and train, private training at the facility and group classes.

Learning through play

Play is central: group classes, private sessions and the board and train program all include playtime, and the goal for reactive or fearful dogs is to get them playing with other dogs. The team's background gives it experience with reactivity and aggression, and it offers programs for feisty dogs.

Service area

The business serves much of San Diego County, from Ramona, Poway and Escondido to the coast.
