About Behave Atlanta
What they do
Behave Atlanta splits its work into tracks. The “Be Good” track is for owners whose pet is basically fine but who want good manners, or who have a new puppy or newly adopted dog. A separate Behave track handles behavior modification. There is also a Puppy Hub, group classes including Puppies 101, a coaching option called Coaching Dog People, and a cat department — the practice works across species, not dogs alone.
How they work
The stated model is “one behaviorist and add one trainer to make a team that can educate, train, and empower you to be your dog’s best teacher,” with interspecies communication named as the speciality. Amy Campbell is described on the site as a certified pet dog trainer (CPDT-KA) with over fifteen years of experience and more than 1000 dogs; Lillian Ciardelli is described as an associate certified applied animal behaviorist (ACAAB) who has researched animal behavior across many species with a focus on individual welfare. New clients start with a free discovery call.
Beyond the sessions
The site runs a substantial written resource library — a puppy series, general information, training myths — and links out to the AVSAB puppy socialization statement and the Muzzle Up Project.
