About Canine Confidence Center

Canine Confidence Center works on what it calls instinctual fulfillment and cognitive enrichment rather than on commands alone. The published offer is play-based training, socialization and communication work, structured socialization and canine enrichment, and the site opens with a free K9 personality assessment as the way in.

Where they work

The site keeps a service page per county – Westchester, Dutchess, Putnam, Ulster and Fairfield – so the practice reaches well beyond its own address. The listed location is 30 Old Bulls Head Road in Rhinebeck.

Team

The founder is named on the site as Mike Malan. The rest of the team page is given over to the center's own dogs, each with a role in the program – socialization, leadership and development, and a primal play program.
