About Canine Curiosity

Reactive dog training in Branford

Canine Curiosity is a Branford dog training business specializing in positive, effective training, especially for reactive dogs. It focuses on building the relationship between owner and dog through body language education and hands-on owner involvement in every step of the training process.

Programs

Basic obedience covers essential commands and socialization skills, and a specialized reactive dog training program uses positive reinforcement to help dogs manage their reactions and build confidence in challenging situations. Programs are tailored to the needs of each dog and owner.

Its story

Canine Curiosity began with the adoption of Aussie, an Australian Cattle Dog mix whose reactivity led the founder into the world of reactive dog training and then into helping other owners facing similar challenges. Sessions run on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
