About Connect K9. Utah LLC – Vom Haus Denfors K9

Boarding and training on a Grantsville farm

Connect K9 Utah is a boarding, daycare and training business in Grantsville that serves Tooele County along with Salt Lake City, Utah County and nearby towns. Rossi is the owner and director of training. She has worked professionally in dog sports and behavioral training for over 25 years and carries diplomas and licenses from training organizations in Germany and the US. Dogs stay on a 10 acre dog-friendly property with heated and cooled pens and a play garden, and giant breeds, intact dogs and working dogs are welcome.

How the team trains

Connect K9 describes positive reinforcement as the cornerstone of its training, rewarding good behavior and guiding dogs toward the right choices with consistency, patience and kindness. Owners learn proper communication with their dog, marker words and rewards, recall, socialization, house manners and obedience. Services are tailored to each dog rather than run from a fixed curriculum.

Programs

Options include board and daycare, board and train, group training, puppy training and private lessons that coach owners to train their own dogs. Short and long boarding stays can add training.
