Training

Cool Runners Dog Daycare, Training, and Grooming at 6012 Telegraph Rd in St. Louis runs dog training alongside its daycare and grooming. The training page lists puppy training focused on socialization, basic commands and manners; basic obedience covering sit, stay, come and heel; and behavior modification for excessive barking, chewing or aggression. It says its trainers use positive reinforcement and tailor the work to each dog and owner.

Background

The About page tells how the owner's Siberian Husky, Koivu, led to a return to school for a dog trainer course and to volunteering with shelters and rescue groups, and the business takes its spirit from sled dogs. The home page gives daycare hours of 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.
