About Country Lane Kennels LLC

What they do

Country Lane Kennels is a boarding kennel that also sells training. Its own home page invites owners to let its dog trainers evaluate their situation and build a stronger bond, and its about page lists professional dog training among the services the business has added. The services page repeats it: its dog trainers are a phone call away to help owner and dog learn to live together.

The business

The kennel was established in 1994 and sits on three acres in St Charles County. The owner is named on its own about page as Joyce Huster, a retired teacher; the page argues that her background in teaching is what shapes the staff's approach, and that the same attention to how each dog learns runs from the playtime staff to the groomers to the trainers.

Practical notes

The site publishes its vaccination requirements, including a note that canine influenza is encouraged but not required, and asks visitors to call to schedule a tour.
