About Creative Dog Training – Summit

What they offer

Creative Dog Training, on Summit Blvd in Vestavia Hills, offers training alongside daycare and overnight boarding. Its home page describes intensive training programs designed to make training as easy as possible for people who do not have much time, and its slogan is that it trains dogs and trains people.

How the training works

The About page describes positive reinforcement training based in behavioral science and says it is built to grow a dog's confidence rather than fear.

Background

The site says the business was founded in 1984 by Margaret Jones Davis and is now led by her sons, and that it has helped over 15,000 dogs. These are the site's own figures.
