About Delmarva K9 LLC

What they offer

Delmarva K9 trains dogs of all breeds and sizes at its kennel in Pittsville, with a personalized, one-on-one training schedule for each dog. Programs typically run several weeks, and owners are invited to take part in sessions so they can keep the training going at home.

Behavior and obedience

The programs cover basic commands through advanced tasks and address behavior problems including aggression, separation anxiety, excessive barking and leash pulling. The business describes its methods as built on positive reinforcement.

Protection and working dogs

Delmarva K9 also trains protection dogs for families and works with police and military K9 teams, and it runs a boarding kennel. Dogs staying for boarding or training need current distemper, rabies and Bordetella vaccines given at least two weeks before arrival.
