Maya has been taking care of my dogs grooming since he was a pup! I have followed her everywhere! She is truly the best! My super energetic husky Shepard mix can be sassy but she handles it so well! The owners of this establishment are great offer lots of options and suggestions.

We did a 4 week board and train with our rescue pup. I was a little hesitate taking her to a new environment for 4 weeks! Chuck and his team we're so understanding. They set my mind at ease sending me pictures of our dog process everyday. We had an opportunity to work with both Chuck and Elise! Both were amazing trainers! We worked more with Elise. She gave us so many tools to work with . We definitely learned so much from her . Thank you Elise! I highly recommend Elite K911! Chuck and his staff are so friendly and so compassionate. What they do is so inspiring!

Elite K911 was a lifesaver for us with our pup, Wilma. We did one on one sessions, the puppy class, and use the grooming services. We highly recommend, the team here has always been spectacular to deal with and worth every penny.

I can’t sing the praises of Elite K911 enough! I’ve always been very lucky to adopt dogs that were already well behaved. Then I adopted a dog who is the sweetest boy ever, but very badly behaved. On the way to our first appointment at Elite K911 to discuss training for him, Rufus chewed through his seatbelt and jumped out the window and took off. Shante called to check on me because I was late, and I told her through my tears that Rufus had chewed through the seatbelt and jumped out the window and took off and I couldn’t find him. She asked me where I was and immediately sent people to help me find Rufus. Before he was even officially a client! Shante’s kind, calming and gentle behavior let me know 100% that EliteK911was the place my dog (and me!) needed. And I came to discover that it’s not just Shante, everyone at Elite K911 are so kind and care so much about animals! Rufus had a couple of private training sessions with Matt and was doing great at training, but was still a nightmare at home. I ended up deciding to put him in board and train for a month. He came home recently, and I have to say he is such a well behaved boy now! Matt And the other people at Elite K911 took him from a dog with a great personality, but terrible behavior into a good boy in Every way! And on top of that, Rufus really loves everyone at Elite K911! It can be seen in the way he interacts with them when he sees them. Plus, while in board and train, I got daily report cards That would tell me what Rufus did and what he learned each day, and pictures and videos of Rufus. And once a week while he was in board and train, we got to go in and see him, and see what he’d learned that week, and work with him on it. Chuck, Shante and Matt, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for taking me from the end of my rope to a happy dog owner with a happy dog!!! I will definitely be a client for life!

My daughter uses this kennel exclusively. It is a nice clean facility and her dog seems happy here. The staff is very friendly. It is close to I-480 so that makes it convenient for drop-off and pick up. It is nice that they handle one dog at a time for drop off and pick up. This eliminates confrontation between animals.
