About Fit & Go Pets

Dog care concierge in Miami

Fit & Go Pets is a dog care and wellness center in Miami, located at 711 NW 24 Street in East Allapattah near Wynwood. Mother-daughter team Mayrena and Aimee started it in 2016 as field trips for high-energy dogs to local parks, then grew into daycare, boarding and more. Its 7,500 sq. ft. facility has indoor play and sleeping areas, an outdoor playscape on K-9 artificial turf with shade, separate small and large dog areas, and a water area with pools.

Services

The center offers boarding, a puppy hotel, daycare, grooming and spa services, door-to-door transportation, enrichment, special care, themed events and training. Its training philosophy holds that training is about more than teaching commands; it is about building a stronger bond with your dog. Daily photos and videos come with each stay. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What to ask

Ask what the training sessions cover, who leads them, whether they run during daycare or boarding, and how they are priced.
