About Good Dogs Training Camp

Family dog training in Jacksonville Beach

Good Dogs Training Camp is a Jacksonville Beach dog training business founded by Dorman Pantfoeder, who is described as certified by The American Dog Trainer's Association and as the author of A New Owner's Guide to Dog Training. It says it has been "Proudly Serving the Beaches Community Since 1986" and credits Dorman with 38 years of experience. Training is by appointment from 803 17th Ave North, and the camp serves Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Jacksonville Beach, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Orange Park, Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach.

Programs

Programs include The Good Dog, the Premium Board & Train, the Good Pup Start-Up for new puppies and a Refresher Course. Board and train dogs live with the trainer, and the program includes "Simulated Homelife," a people, pet and food distraction course. Board & Train programs come with a Lifetime Guarantee.

Method

Dorman's method focuses on positive reinforcement, with verbal and physical praise, and puts more emphasis on directing behavior than on correcting it.

What owners say
