About Good Paws Dog Training, LLC

What they do

Good Paws sells time rather than packaged courses: a one-hour session at $100, a five-hour package at $500, and a ten-hour package at $1,000. What those hours can cover is listed openly — in-person sessions, virtual coaching, behavioral assessments, hands-on instruction, plan development, progress check-ins, video reviews, family coaching, group workshops, organizational help and local travel to the client. The packages are pitched at initial consultations and single-issue troubleshooting (one hour), puppy foundations, socialization, leash walking and confidence building (five hours), and long-term puppy growth, reactivity coaching, complex behavior plans and service dog foundations (ten hours).

How they work

The approach is described as evidence-based, reward-based and safety-focused, with "Kind structure and gentle boundaries" and trackable results. Each plan starts from an assessment: "I assess your dog's history, health, and environment to create a safe, sustainable plan that fits your specific goals and lifestyle in Savannah." The site is unusually direct about scope — "I will never pressure you into buying more training hours than you require" — and about teaching the reasoning so owners keep making progress after the coaching ends.

Who trains

The coach is named on the page as Joe Rosbury, described as an Army Ranger veteran and former service-dog program manager with a background in private coaching and behavioral evaluations.

Where they work

The business gives its base as Savannah, Georgia, working with owners "across Savannah and nearby communities," and names Canine Good Citizen preparation among the goals it supports.
