About Hill Country Pet Ranch

Hill Country Pet Ranch in Boerne

Hill Country Pet Ranch is a boarding, daycare, grooming and training business on 12 acres at 518 State Hwy 46E in Boerne. It describes itself as a safe, serene space for pets to run, play and rest, cared for by trained, pet-loving staff.

Training

Training at the ranch uses positive reinforcement, with treats, play and techniques tailored to each dog's breed, age and temperament. Engaging training games teach dogs to make the right choices while keeping sessions fun, with the aim of building a stronger bond between dog and owner.

Other services

Boarding dogs get a private air-conditioned room, all-day access to an outdoor patio and several exercise times in outdoor runs. Daycare can include group off-leash play or individual playtimes, and groomers handle baths, nail trims and breed standard trims.

What owners say

One client, Lauren S., wrote that she "could tell that my dog was well taken care of."

What to ask

Ask which training formats are available, such as private lessons, classes or training during a boarding stay, and how training is priced.
