About Houston Dog Ranch

A ranch-style campus in Houston

Houston Dog Ranch offers dog boarding, daycare, training and bathing on a 4+ acre ranch-style campus at 9602 Dalecrest Dr. in Houston, and cites over 20 years serving the greater Houston area. Boarding dogs stay in private or semi-private cabins, each with an individual outdoor yard, and daycare dogs play in supervised groups across open-air yards, with a calmer setup for dogs that prefer a quieter pace.

Training

Training runs from basic obedience to deeper behavioral work. The trainers meet every dog where it is and build skills meant to carry over from the ranch to the living room, so the dog thrives at home and not only on command during a session. Training can be booked as a standalone program or combined with a boarding stay for consistent daily reinforcement.

Recognition and hours

The ranch lists a 2015 Best of Houston from the Houston Press and 2024 NextDoor Faves for Spring Branch, and is rated 4.4 across 150+ Google reviews. Hours are 6 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 4 PM on weekends. Proof of current Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations is required.
