About Influential K9, LLC

Veteran-owned training in Windham

Influential K9 is a veteran owned and operated dog training business in Windham, with the motto "Play with Purpose, Influence for Life." Its philosophy is that great dogs are built from the inside out: training starts with helping owners understand how their dog thinks, learns and communicates, then uses clear communication, structured routines and play-based methods to create calm, confident dogs.

Who it helps

The business works with dogs needing basic manners as well as more complex challenges such as reactivity, anxiety and aggression, with the stated goal of "Fulfilled instincts. Calm minds. Confident, balanced dogs." It also describes a client community that supports owners along the way, and it serves Connecticut and other parts of the Northeast.

What to ask

Ask about the training programs and their lengths, who the trainer is and their background, the tools used, and pricing.
