About Jimmy’s Park
Jimmy's Park
Jimmy's Park is a force-free pet care service in Silver Spring, founded in 2024 by Gray Flowers and named after Gray's yellow Lab mix, Jimmy. It offers enrichment-focused, consent-first care and works with reactive dogs and dogs with bite histories.
Services
The menu covers dog walking, enrichment visits with mental stimulation and activities, overnight stays at the client's home, and reactive dog care. Reactive care is open to dogs with aggression, separation anxiety and similar issues; the team describes its specialists as knowledgeable in body language, training and canine behavior, and notes that results take patience and multiple sessions.
Recognition
Jimmy's Park is a professional member of the Animal Positive Coalition, is recommended by Force Free DC and Your Dog's Friend, and is Fear Free Certified. It was runner-up for best dog trainer and best dog walking service in Washington City Paper's 2026 awards and a finalist in 2025. It describes itself as queer and disabled owned.
