What they do

K9BS trains in the client's own home and in public rather than at a facility: "We train your dog where the problems actually happen — at home, in public, and in real-world environments." Packages are published with session counts – Puppy Essentials is four private sessions of an hour minimum for puppies under six months, Basic Balanced Obedience is six sessions, and Advanced Balanced Obedience is eight sessions of ninety minutes minimum, the first four foundational and the last four built around the client's goals. Separate courses cover behavioral troubles such as jumping, barking, reactivity and resource guarding, and leash manners.

How they train

They set the method out openly: "Positive reinforcement for desired behaviors" alongside "Clear corrections for inappropriate actions (e.g., tools like prong collars or e-collars used responsibly)." The obedience packages include an e-collar and leash, and they publish the limits of each package as well as its benefits.
