About Kennelwood Pet Resort

What they do

This is Kennelwood's Manchester resort. The group's own training page publishes programs for basic obedience and for behavioral issues, with a free evaluation used to match a dog to a plan, introductory packages described as five days of training a week over six consecutive weeks, and newer off-site programs intended to complement the in-store training.

The wider business

Donald Danforth Jr. opened the first Kennelwood in St. Louis in 1974; the site records that his grandfather William H. Danforth founded Ralston Purina in 1894 and that Kennelwood remains family-owned, having served more than 60,000 families.

Before you book

Kennelwood publishes its training at brand level rather than per site, so ask about the Manchester site's own schedule and trainers.
