About L A School For Dogs – Best Dog School in California

What they offer

L.A. School for Dogs is a Westlake Village training school founded by lead trainer Jennifer Mann, with more than 25 years of behavior modification and puppy raising experience. It works with dogs and owners within 40 miles of Westlake Village and offers online courses beyond that.

Programs

The school is known for its 3-week program and can either teach owners how to train their dog or do the training for them. Programs address pulling on the leash, ignored commands, aggression, fear and anxiety, including separation anxiety, and can take a dog all the way to off-leash reliability. Training uses a balanced approach with more than one tool, matched to each dog's personality and disposition.
