About leap of faith dog training

Who trains here

The About page is written by Winona Leard, who says she has been training and teaching obedience and agility since 1999 and currently trains and competes in obedience, agility and herding. It lists her as an AKC Agility Course Test, S.T.A.R, CGC, CGCA and CGCU Evaluator, and describes long involvement with the Mobile Bay Dog Training Club.

How the training works

She describes her methods as reward based, using praise, treats, toys or whatever reward is of value for the skill being trained, and says she prefers obstacle/handler focus based agility training paired with motion and verbal cues.
