Megan's Northgate Animal Boarding & Doggy Daycare is a family-run boarding and daycare facility on N. Wabash Ave in Idaho Falls. Owner Megan runs it with her family. Alongside boarding and daycare it offers grooming, dog walking, pet transport, in-home pet sitting and dog training, with structured programs aimed at obedience, social skills and positive behaviors.

Training programs

Basic Training with Alexi is a five-week course of two one-hour classes and one daycare day per week, in a group or one-on-one ($165 per week; dogs must be at least 4 months old and vaccinated). A training add-on to daycare or boarding costs $30 for 30 minutes on Thursdays and Fridays. Julie Holbrook, described as a Certified Trainer & Behavior Specialist, runs a board and train program at her home ($4,000 total) and private sessions in-home, off-site or at the facility, recommended for basic training or mild to moderate reactivity ($100 per session, six for $550). A combined session with Julie and Patti-Lynne, a Certified Animal Communicator, is $160 per hour.
