About Modern Dog Training With Emily, LLC

What they offer

Modern Dog Training with Emily is a Phoenix trainer offering science-based, positive reinforcement training. The site stresses prevention: it is easier to prevent known problem behaviors in puppies and new dogs than to fix bad habits later. It lists a long range of behaviors it can address, from housebreaking, chewing, jumping, counter surfing, leash pulling and coming when called to anxiety, fear, reactivity, biting, household fights and serious aggression, as well as new baby preparation and socialization.

The trainer

The about page says Emily became interested in training while working as a veterinary technician, earned a dog trainer certification through Animal Behavior College in 2019 and completed Fear Free Certification in 2022.
