Morningside Retriever Kennels is a retriever training kennel at 124 South Quail Hollow Road in Havana, with the tagline Serving Your Training Needs Since 1981 and the motto When The Best Counts. It describes itself as serving all of the United States and Canada for retriever training, with over 25 years of experience in training sporting dogs and their handlers.

Trainers and grounds

Owner and trainer Jill Volsch, with assistant trainer Ken O'Brien, trains retrievers for AKC Hunt Tests and for hunting. The training grounds offer a wide variety of water layouts, terrain and cover to bring out each dog's potential. The kennel is a member of the Professional Retriever Trainers Association and the Labrador Retriever Club, and it highlights a Master National 2023 result along with obedience, stud dogs and puppies.
