Pacific North Woof offers personalized, reward-based dog training throughout McMinnville and Yamhill County. Trainer Mandy Boutelle, CCT, CTBC, FFCP, is a multi-certified trainer and behavior consultant who has spent well over a decade working with dogs, starting as a dog walker. She treats behavior as communication and builds practical plans around each dog and household, aiming for less stress, clearer communication and trust rather than perfection.

Services

Dog training covers leash walking, manners, settling, confidence, reactivity and behavior challenges, and puppy training builds strong foundational skills. Both are available through private coaching or day training. Mandy works with puppies, adolescent dogs and sensitive, shy or fearful dogs, using reward-based, behavior-informed methods that prioritize trust, safety and cooperation.

Mandy lists CATCH Certified Trainer, Certified Trainer & Behavior Consultant through the Dog Training Internship Academy, Fear Free Certified Professional, and Pet First Aid & CPR certification. Pacific North Woof is accepting new clients for Fall 2026.
