What they offer

Pack Pawsitive is a training and enrichment center on Route 66 in Glendora run by its owner and trainer, Harmony, who describes more than 10 years in the pet industry. It uses positive, reward-based training methods and focuses on teaching owners as well as dogs.

Puppy School

Puppy School is a day program: puppies spend Monday through Thursday at the center for three weeks and go home each evening. It covers six cues (place, recall, wait, leave it, down and sit), general manners and impulse control, polite leash walking, doorway manners and guided socialization with other dogs. The program mainly takes pups up to about a year and a half old, and an evaluation appointment comes first.

After the basics

A Beyond the Basics program serves older dogs, and graduates can join the Training & Enrichment Club, a membership program of small, structured groups that keeps manners, impulse control and social skills in practice one to five days a week. The center also runs an enrichment daycare.
