About Paws-A-Tive Results Dog Training

Services

Paws-A-Tive Results is an in-home trainer working across metro Atlanta. Its published service list is obedience training, potty training, separation anxiety, aggression, owner-absent training, board and train, leash walking, training for the fearful dog, Canine Good Citizen training and testing, and deaf dog training. The site says the trainer comes to the home and works with the owner, the family and the dog together.

Prices

Private in-home lessons are $130 each. Boarding and training is $1,250 a week with a two-week minimum, the dog staying in a trainer's home and being taken out to train in the world, with two follow-up in-home lessons included and a consultation required first. Straight boarding in a trainer's home is $60 a day.

Who runs it, and what they claim

The site names Lennox Gavin and gives the letters CPDT-KSA and the description of an AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator, along with a stated sixteen years of experience and a commitment to training without aversive methods. All of that is the business's own claim.
