We absolutely adore taking our poodle, Jimmy, to this grooming salon. The team truly excels at washing and grooming, treating him with such care and attention that we always leave feeling satisfied. The bond we've developed with the owner is wonderful; their passion for pets is evident and makes every visit feel special. Jimmy absolutely loves coming here—he wags his tail in excitement as soon as we arrive! While he's pampered, my wife and I enjoy strolling around the nearby mall, knowing he’s in good hands. We can’t recommend this place enough!

This store is very chaotic & very unorganized. Be prepared to stand there and wait to be helped.. owner completely walked away from the front counter while we were waiting in line. Her grandson was in and out and I think finally grabbed his grandfathers attention and he came out to answer my questions on where my “professional” pictures taken from almost 3 months ago were. Finally found them in my email and I don’t know why I expected them to be better. You can take better pictures yourself (which thankfully I also did.) The owner took the pictures off of her iPhone and removed the background and added in some janky background. But you get what you pay for. I just expected slightly more professionalism for $50.

Came in last week. Cinnamon is what I think is her name. Says she could help me. The prices are overpriced. I can get the same cat toys at Walmart or other pet stores for half the price. When I told her this she got rude and told me well. Go look for that in another store. You're not rude to your customers. That's not how a company works. I wouldn't shop here for the life of me again. I am warning everybody. The prices they mark are outrageous. And they push you to buy something. You want good customer service? Go to PetSmart.

Both of my German shepherds have been going there from the day I've had them in 10 months old they love the people at work there they get along with the other dogs they're there that belong to the owners in my last two German shepherds just love the owners and they're always treated with love and respect and the best of care

Pups Path has an excellent training program for all types of dogs. They helped me train my dog Yogi and they have changed him from being a puller to a calm walker. I can't thank them enough.
