About Viper Voidance

What they offer

Viper Voidance trains dogs to avoid rattlesnakes at its location in New River. It uses live western diamondback rattlesnakes, kept securely caged, because the site says nothing smells like a live rattlesnake except a live rattlesnake. It reports that dogs trained on its snakes have avoided several other rattlesnake species.

How it works

The trainer uses an electronic collar during the session and sets the level based on experience with each dog. The site states this plainly and asks owners who are uncomfortable with that approach not to book. Owners and dogs work together as a team during training, and the site encourages owners to ask any trainer what kind of snake they use.
