About Wolf Pack Canine

Training, daycare and boarding in Salem

Wolf Pack Canine is a dog training, daycare and boarding center in Salem. It describes itself as a smaller operation that prefers it that way, because knowing the names of its customers, human and canine, lets it give personalized service. Its stated goal is to strengthen the bond between owners and their dogs, and its tagline is "Live in balance with your best friend."

Training approach

Wolf Pack Canine trains using the principles of operant conditioning, drawing on all four quadrants: positive reinforcement, positive punishment, negative reinforcement and negative punishment. Training and board and train are both offered.

Other services

Its Day Camp mixes mental and physical exercise for puppies through seniors, helping dogs burn energy, build confidence and socialize. Overnight boarding includes daycare for approved dogs, outdoor play, walks through the day and personalized attention. It also offers dog walking and cat care. Bookings and appointments run through a Yourgi account, which also earns rewards.
