About Point of Rocks Retrievers, LLC

Point of Rocks Retrievers is a Chester, Virginia family operation whose own storefront leads with "BREEDING, DAYTIME/OVERNIGHT BOARDING". Training is one bookable item among several rather than the core of the business.

What they train

The single training entry reads in full: "Basic Command Training" – "One of our most popular items for dog owners. Let us work with your pet while they are staying with us or bring them for our daily program." Ask about the curriculum, price, duration, method and who does the training.

The rest of the business

The other listed services are daytime and overnight lodging, basic grooming and nail trims, and a breeding program with available litters. The site frames the whole stay in care terms: "At Point of Rocks Retrievers our goal is that your pet is to be treated like family and well taken care of."
