About Marquis Dog Training and Puppy Obedience Trainer

About Marquis Dog Training

Marquis Dog Training is an in-home dog training business in Kansas City. A banner across its site records a recent rename: "Noble Dog Training is now Marquis Dog Training. Same team, same training." The positioning line is "Relationship-based, in-home dog training chosen by Kansas City families", with the promised outcome given as "Calm Homes. Confident Dogs."

What it works on

The navigation splits the work into programs – puppy training, obedience training, anxiety and aggression, and group classes – and then into a long list of specific behavior problems the site calls Dog Behavior Solutions: socialization, biting and mouthing, fear and reactiveness, separation anxiety, excessive barking, staying and coming, potty training, destructive chewing and digging, leash pulling, and jumping on people. Owners are asked to take a three-minute survey before the consultation so the session can be tailored.

Award

The site claims a local award: "Voted Best Dog Trainer in the 2026 iFamilyKC Readers’ Favorite Best of Kansas City awards", noting that the votes were cast under the previous name.

Service area

The published service-area list runs across the state line and is worth reading before booking: Blue Springs, Gladstone, Grandview, Kansas City, Liberty, North Kansas City and Parkville on the Missouri side, and Lenexa, Olathe, Overland Park and Prairie Village on the Kansas side. The business is listed at a Kansas City, Missouri address.

Practicalities

A complimentary 30-minute in-home visit starts the process, the phone line is given as open 24/7, and the footer states that the business is fully insured and carries animal bailee coverage. The site has a pricing page; ask for current figures.
