About PetSmart Dog Training

What this location offers

PetSmart's St. Charles store at 2861 Veterans Memorial Pkwy (63303), near I-70, runs its own dog training service for puppies and adult dogs. The store's training page lists group classes, where dogs practice responding to cues with other dogs and real-world distractions close by, and private classes for dogs with individual needs. Group classes are kept to 4 to 10 dogs, and an advanced class builds on the skills a dog has already learned. Classes are taught by PetSmart's Accredited Trainers using positive reinforcement.

Booking and hours

Classes are booked online from the store's training page or by phone at (636) 925-1717. The store is open 9am to 9pm Monday through Saturday and 10am to 7pm on Sunday, and savings packages combine two or more classes.

At the same store

A grooming salon, a PetsHotel, Doggie Day Camp and a pharmacy operate in the same building and are run separately from the dog training service. Owners in West County have a second PetSmart training location in Chesterfield, on THF Blvd.
