About Beach Dog

Training at Beach Dog

Beach Dog in Gulf Shores pairs self-serve dog wash stations with a dog training service. Its services page describes individual private lessons tailored to a dog's challenges and goals, priced by location: at Beach Dog, in the owner's home or in public spaces. An evaluation appointment comes first to set the plan and budget. Its services also include a basic obedience and manners program.

Day training

For busy owners there is a day training program: trainers work with the dog through the day in different locations, with play, appropriate socializing, adventures and even a fresh bath. The site says its training uses positive reinforcement and clear communication.

Other services

Beyond training, Beach Dog offers drop-off baths, dog walking, pet sitting and handling for weddings and events. It is at 1556 Gulf Shores Parkway, Suite 4, a tan brick building across from Rouse's Market; call 251-493-2645.
