Calm Companions Tucson runs group classes and a limited number of private lessons. The trainer describes herself as an AKC certified instructor with experience in rescue and rehabilitation, private training and service dogs.

Classes

The site describes a 12-week Canine Good Citizen class that combines classic obedience exercises with rally obedience courses and agility challenges, giving dogs the chance to earn the AKC STAR Puppy award and the Canine Good Citizen certificate. An 8-week intermediate class for dogs that know the basics works on agility, tricks and behaving well in different places around the community. Puppies must be at least 10 weeks old and all dogs need a current shot record.

Private lessons

Private sessions run 90 minutes, either at the trainer's location or at your home, with the price depending on distance. Puppy class graduates who are not feeling confident can get free private lessons under the trainer's guarantee.
