About Sit Happens Here

Customized training in Salem

Sit Happens Here is a dog training service in Salem with the tagline "Transforming lives through dog training excellence." Training is customized to each dog's specific challenges and needs, priced at $50.00 – $175.00 per hour, with a sliding fee available for low income individuals. An online form asks about the dog, its breed and the owner's training goals.

Virtual training

A virtual program brings coaching through a live video call. The trainer helps owners understand why the dog is acting out and shows how to change the behavior with simple, real-life techniques, covering issues like leash pulling, barking, jumping and anxiety. It suits busy owners who need flexible scheduling and dogs who get stressed traveling or around new people. Owners leave with a clear plan, optional video replays and ongoing support between sessions.

What to ask

Ask who leads the sessions, how in-person sessions are run, and how to qualify for the sliding fee.
