About Elite PackLeader
Behavior help built on dog communication
Elite Packleader is a dog training and behavior business centered in Springfield that travels to clients. Owner Gary Glosser describes himself as a certified Professional Canine Behavior Specialist and Dog Trainer who has helped hundreds of dogs and their humans, and he created the Elite Packleader behavior modification and Positive Packleader training programs.
Method
Gary calls himself a balanced trainer who uses positive reinforcement, always after dog communication first. His methods teach people what dogs need to see from humans to feel secure, and he works on jumping, barking, counter surfing, recall, resource guarding, aggression toward dogs or people, fearfulness and separation anxiety.
Prices
Sessions are flat rate and run up to 90 minutes. Basic behavior is $200 per session or $600 for a 4-week class, intense behavior is $250 or $750, and red zone cases (bites, muzzle required) are $300 or $975. An assessment is $100, waived if it becomes the first session. Board and train is $225 per day or $1400 per week, and dog sitting is $50 per day. A $50 travel fee applies beyond 25 miles from Springfield.
