Dee Ganley Dog Training Services is the practice of Dee (Diana) Ganley in East Andover. Her credentials include CPDT-KSA, CBCC-KA, CABC, IAABC, Certified Control Unleashed, AKC Evaluator for CGC and Tricks, Certified Dognition Evaluator and Master WIGS instructor. She says she has taught classes and advised owners for 35+ years, and she was Training and Behavior Manager for the Upper Valley Humane Society in Enfield from 1998-2004.

Approach

Dee teaches positive reinforcement and puts strong emphasis on managing a dog's environment for safety. Her work with difficult dogs helps handlers apply, or withhold, what the dog wants so it learns self-control, through management and training that shape good choices. She calls it humane leadership, "to lead, but not to dominate." She is the author of Changing People Changing Dogs, and many veterinarians refer behavior cases to her.

Services

She offers individual consultations for behavior issues or normal puppy and adolescent skills, at the owner's home, her home in East Andover or other local facilities, plus classes, workshops, nosework, Agility for Fun and service and assistance dog training. Remote one-on-one consultations by Zoom or similar cost $65/Half hour.
