Cowboy K9 Academy is a team of professional dog trainers in Georgetown serving Central Texas, focused on improving the relationship between dogs and owners through training and teaching. The team believes obedience, leadership and clear communication let any owner build a fulfilling relationship with their dog, and works with aggressive and reactive dogs, new puppies and owners who want reliable obedience.

The program

In the board and train program, dogs stay at the academy's fully equipped facility with 24/7 care and supervision, and owners get video updates through the week. Dogs learn heel, sit, down, stay, bed and recall, socialization with dogs and people, calm in exciting moments, focus in public and reliable off-leash control. Obedience is also used to address anxiety, fear, over-excitement and reactivity. Every dog receives free lifetime follow-ups with the trainers, and onboarding starts with a free consultation.
