Play-based balanced training in Jarrell

Fetch Freedom is a Jarrell dog training business founded by Rebekah Hefner, a graduate of Dog Wizard Academy and a professional member of the International Association of Canine Professionals. She specializes in puppy development and leash reactivity, focusing on emotional stability rather than surface-level obedience.

Method

Rebekah describes her work as balanced, relationship-based and toy-motivated, using play such as tug, ball or physical games, plus structure and clear, fair boundaries that teach dogs what to do and what not to do. Owners learn to carry the training on at home.

Services and prices

Private lessons are $75 each, held at your home, in parks or in pet-friendly stores, and suit reactivity, anxiety and fear-based behavior. Board and train is $750 per week, with the dog living in Rebekah's home in a calm, structured household, plus a drop-off lesson and a follow-up lesson. A 5-week group class ($250), hosted by Risen Paws, covers sit, down, place, recall and loose-leash walking. Boarding at $65 a night is open to dogs that have finished a board and train or at least five private lessons.
