Training, boarding and grooming from Meadow

Lubbock Dog Training Co. is a training and behavior business based in Meadow that also offers boarding and grooming. It was founded in 2021 on the belief that each pet has unique traits that call for specialized training, and its trainers focus on teaching owners to communicate with their dogs, from basic manners to complex behavior issues. Clients name Dristyn as a trainer.

Services and prices

The two-week board and train ($1,750) takes dogs to stores, parks and outdoor restaurants for socialization; the traditional program teaches come, sit, down, place and heel while getting dogs off leash, and includes lifetime support, monthly meet ups, an e-collar, a go-home bath, a booklet and videos, and a 2 week check up. One-hour personal lessons ($60 per lesson) are fully customizable and meet at parks, stores or the owner's home. Boarding happens in a home-based setting with a limited number of dogs, at $45 per night including pick up and drop off, and mobile grooming starts at $45. Discounts cover multiple dogs, military, teachers, first responders and rescue dogs.

What owners say
