In-home training with Rebecca Johnson

The Family Dog Trainer is Rebecca Johnson, a Lubbock dog trainer who offers in-home private dog and puppy training lessons. She is a certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA), a licensed Family Paws Parent Educator and a professional member of dog*biz Thrive, with over a decade of experience across a wide variety of breeds. She uses positive reinforcement: teaching the dog what to do and rewarding its efforts.

Services

Private dog training targets leash pulling, jumping on guests and attention-seeking barking. Puppy training covers chewing, house training and puppy nipping. A Dog + Baby program prepares dogs for a new baby or toddler, and behavior work addresses growling, dog-to-dog fighting, bites and fearful, skittish dogs, with muzzle training as a safety tool. Group puppy classes meet once a week for six weeks in an air-conditioned building in Lubbock, in small classes, for $240.
