Laughing Dog Inn is a boarding and daycare resort in the hills of Santa Rosa Valley, owned and managed by force-free, rewards-based trainers. It serves Santa Rosa Valley, Moorpark, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura and Simi Valley.

Group training

Pawsitive Pup Dog Training teaches science-based, force-free dog and puppy training at the resort, with methods endorsed by organizations such as the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and the Pet Professional Guild. Puppy 101 is for puppies 10 to 30 weeks old, and K9 Akademy is for dogs from seven months to two years, with training tailored to new puppies, adolescent dogs and recent rescues.

Boarding and daycare

Small playgroups matched by age, size and energy, outdoor play yards and a structured routine of exercise, brain games and rest make up the daycare and boarding program.
