About DogEdin Republic

Creating harmony in Tarpon Springs

Dogedin is a Tarpon Springs dog training business at 136 E Oakwood Street, run by trainer Andrea Bolender under the motto "Creating Harmony Between Dogs and People." Andrea says her journey with animals began over 50 years ago on her parents' horse farm. After a corporate management career, she bought and revived a dog daycare and lodging facility, where she found a connection with behavior-challenged dogs and a natural, structured leadership style. She spent years following her mother in training Schutzhund dogs and takes a balanced training approach, with a personal pack of six dogs that help her work with client dogs.

Services

Board and train is an intensive lifestyle program with around-the-clock training and care at the Tarpon Springs location. Private training sessions target a specific behavior problem and focus on the owner's interaction with the dog. Phone and video sessions offer professional training advice remotely, and exclusive client services for graduates include lodging, field trip training and a refresher program.

What owners say

A Clearwater client wrote that in one week Andrea "was able to mold our German Shepherd into the obedient family member we needed," and followed up a few weeks after the board and train.
