About 7 Cedars Dog Training

What they offer

Seven Cedars Dog Training is on fenced acreage near Bayview in Langley, on Whidbey Island. It offers individual training, usually as a series of four to six sessions focused on one dog and owner, and group classes that teach the basics of positive reinforcement training in an indoor training space. Puppy social hours give puppies from 8 weeks to 6 months supervised off-leash play matched by play style, while owners learn to read dog body language and when to step in. Email is the best way to make contact.

How they train

The trainer uses methods based on operant and classical conditioning, rewarding dogs when they get it right and meeting their species-specific needs.
