About Cascadia K9

What they offer

Cascadia K9 is an Everett dog training company serving the area from Mount Vernon to Renton. It offers in-home private lessons, board and train, day training and overnight boarding, with lifelong support after every program. Board and train covers basic obedience, loose leash walking, heeling in busy places such as farmers markets, settling on patios and recall away from people, dogs and prey. Lessons come in beginner, puppy and advanced levels: puppy lessons cover socialization to dogs and people, obedience foundations, crate and potty training, and advanced lessons work on off-leash recall and walking in crowded places. A behavior modification program of at least four weeks helps dogs that are fearful, reactive or showing signs of aggression.

How they train

The site describes a compassionate, rewards-based approach that treats behavior as rooted in emotion and builds the dog's confidence through training and management.
